A structured supply process, built to reduce risk
Every step exists to protect your fitment, quality and margin — not to add friction.
- Step 01
Requirement intake
You submit vehicle, part and volume details via the RFQ form, AI assistant, or uploaded parts list. We capture VIN, engine code and OE references where available.
- Step 02
Supplier screening
We shortlist factories or trading partners we've previously worked with, or run new-supplier vetting on business licensing, quality history and export experience.
- Step 03
Fitment verification
Parts specialists cross-check the requested part against the vehicle configuration before quoting — flagging mismatches or ambiguous references.
- Step 04
Sample approval (optional)
For new SKUs or new suppliers, we can arrange samples for your approval before full production or purchase.
- Step 05
Batch inspection
Pre-shipment inspection on nominated categories with photo evidence, quantity checks and packaging review.
- Step 06
Export documentation
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin where applicable and destination-specific documents coordinated with your forwarder or ours.
- Step 07
Consolidation
Multiple SKUs and suppliers consolidated in one shipment to reduce per-unit freight cost and customs complexity.
- Step 08
Shipment coordination
Sea or air freight coordinated to your preferred Incoterm. You receive tracking, ETA and delivery documentation.
Genuine · OEM · Aftermarket
We work with all three tiers where they are legitimately available, and we always disclose the tier on every quotation. We do not misrepresent aftermarket parts as genuine, and we do not claim manufacturer certification we do not hold.
Quality checklist
- Business licence and export history verified
- Fitment cross-checked against VIN / OE reference where available
- Genuine, OEM or aftermarket clearly disclosed on the quotation
- Pre-shipment inspection report on nominated categories
- Batch and packing list traceability preserved end-to-end
- Documentation set aligned with destination requirements
Start with a single SKU or a full parts list
You don't need a big first order to test the process — a well-defined single line is a great place to start.
